What started as a hobby over time turned into my passion. Growing up and watching so many of my family members struggle because of health issues. I decided to be the one person in the family to make a difference and change as many lives as possible. I have been helping people for years change their lives. Your health is the most important thing that determines the quality of your life, and I'm here to help you put your best foot forward. I specialize in weight loss/management, muscle building, and high intensity training.

Tiffany has a strong passion for helping people realize their true potential and showing them what can happen if they challenge themselves to step out of their comfort zone. She believes in training your mind along with your body to maximize the mind-body connection to overcome any obstacles. She has a background in sports training along with experience in yoga. With her passion, knowledge and experience she will guide you on the right path to achieving your goals with her help every step of the way.

Tiffany served in the United States military for 9 years and is a former competitive athlete.  While in the Marines she spent the majority of her time training non-commissioned officers to return to weight standards.  She specializes in sports conditioning, weight loss, muscle toning, building muscle mass and strength and she can help you reach your goals by using a variety of training methods.

Jason specializes in weight loss, training athletes to achieve peak performance, calisthenics, body building, and plyometrics with women and men with a variety of body types.



Vanessa Rodriguez

Certifications: American Sports and Fitness Association (ASFA), Business Management

Experience: Training Since 2015

Vanessa has been an athlete all her life and loves soccer, volleyball, flag football, handball, baton, karate, rock climbing and bouldering,  She also studied dance for 13 years (tap, ballet, jazz, hip-hop, salsa, bachata, cumbia, merengue, tribal and theater!)  Vanessa knows that fitness teaches you to become both physically and mentally stronger. Fitness has taught Vanessa to push past limitations to realize her own capabilities and she firmly believes that the only person who can stop you is you. With a little help from Vanessa who knows how far you can go?  Vanessa enjoys helping her clients not only with proper form, nutrition, etc., but she ensures that her clients have the mental focus and emotional support they need to achieve their goals.  Vanessa’s motto is “whenever you meet someone, always leave them better than you found them.”

As a former track and field athlete and runway and photoshoot model Thandy always maintained an active lifestyle and slender appearance. Thandy added weight training and nutrition to her regiment in 2011 and by the following year her physique had transformed and her quest for knowledge about exercise, training and nutrition grew stronger and fitness became her lifestyle.  It is her goal to be able to share her knowledge to benefit others to improve their health and body.

When Michael was only 20 years old he weighed 270 lbs, had high blood pressure and was on a path leading to a serious health crisis. Michael worked hard to transform his body and reach his goals and after dropping 100 pounds he fell in love with the gym and the training process. With new confidence and a passion for training Michael now wants to help anyone who doesn’t believe that they can achieve their own fitness goals.  Michael loves what he does and if he can inspire just one person to get up and chase after their fitness goals then that is more than enough!



Burn up to 900 cal per hour with this fast-paced, action-packed, cardio core busting work out created for busy gym members who desire to have fit and toned physique! Classes will use a mixture of dumbbells, body-weight and suspension training methods to maximize your heart rate and pump up your muscles at the same time!


Abs of Steel




Let’s face it – everyone wants great abs! Let us chisel your core! This is the class for you if you want to get rid of back fat, love handles and muffin tops. The majority of this class will consist of intense belly – blasting timed abdominal training on the floor mats.


Fit Camp

Intense full body workout challenging your body in various ways while performing intervals of cardio exercises with weight training.




Boxing is truly a whole body workout, involving both upper body strength, footwork, core power, mental stamina, and cardiovascular conditioning. One hour of boxing has the ability to burn up to 1000 calories and will engage your body and mind, strengthening the neuro-muscular pathways in your brain while pushing your physical limits.



An hour of stretching and exercises to develop flexibility, strength, balance, skeletal alignment, relaxation, and best of all, stress reduction. You will be improving your breathing and posture with different poses and stretching techniques. We will perform exercises similar to Pilates to build core strength. 



Stretch class for all levels! Whether you’re looking to do some basic full body stretches, want to build strength for bodyweight exercises, work on core strength, balance and stability, flexibility or want to stretch tight muscles to enhance muscle muscle growth, this class is for you. This class can also help you learn different exercises to help with our balances and advanced course strength so you learn how to do human flagpole or stand on your head




Want to try something different? This is where the rubber hits the road!

This innovative class gives you the best of both worlds – cardio and strength. Part treadmill, part Boot Camp.



Hiit Max

Prepare for hardcore cardio circuits of 5-7 minutes consisting of long intervals, doing as many rounds as possible in the given time. Each round you will challenge yourself to push harder than the round before! 


Lose to Win

The lose to win class is part of the six week weight-loss challenge program. Members who purchased a six week weight-loss challenge program for automatically enrolled in this class, however an individual class maybe purchase separately. Get a jump-start on losing weight in a competitive atmosphere! Competitors you have the greatest percentage of weight loss will win big. First place full refund of program cost, second-place 50 percent refund of program cost, third-place $30 pro shop credit. Mandatory Weigh-ins are required to complete the challenge. Minimum of eight competitors are required to start the program.

Boot Camp

We want to keep you guessing – and challenge you differently in every class!

Workouts are designed to improve your overall fitness, strength, cardio, flexibility, agility and endurance! Have fun work hard!



Using one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training you will be performing full body exercises, pushing yourself as hard as you can for 20 second intervals, with 10 seconds in between for a total of 8 rounds. After four rounds of tabata we will be finishing with some abs and a relaxing stretch/cooldown.
