INFRARED SAUNA

Our infrared sauna is meant to activate cells at a molecular level to release toxins and activate the body’s natural healing response. A therapeutic sauna experience (at a temperate between 100-130 degrees) is meant to be enjoyed , not endured. Available as an add-on to any membership.

RED LIGHT THERAPY

Our red light therapy room uses a powerful combination of multiple wavelengths of Red & NIR output for an optimal spectrum of healing at a cellular level, penetrating the skin, body tissue and even bone. Red light has so many beauty, health and wellness benefits. Available as an add-on to any membership.

INDOOR Tanning

Tanning is a feature included with our Premier memberships. Get deep, golden brown results that you can achieve from indoor tanning. Tanning lotions and eye protection sold in our Pro Shop.
