As a certified trainer, prep coach and nutrition expert Elias specializes in life-changing routines and lifestyle programs that are anchored in awareness, allowing clients to feel empowered to choose a healthier lifestyle, full of energy and joy.

JASON RENDER

Certifications: International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) American Sports Fitness Association (ASFA),  Certified Personal Trainer, Red Cross Certified in CPR, AED, 

 

Experience: Training Since 2010

 

Jason specializes in weight loss, training athletes to achieve peak performance, calisthenics, body building, and plyometrics with women and men with a variety of body types.

TIFFANY LEBARRE

Certifications: International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and World Fitness Association (WFA), Certified in CPR. Associates Degree in Personal Training and Exercise Science (APTES)

Experience: Training since 2009

Tiffany served in the United States military for 9 years and is a former competitive athlete.  While in the Marines she spent the majority of her time training non-commissioned officers to return to weight standards.  She specializes in sports conditioning, weight loss, muscle toning, building muscle mass and strength and she can help you reach your goals by using a variety of training methods.

SARAH KANE

Sarah is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)

Experience: raining since 2018.

 Becoming a certified personal trainer was one of the best decisions Sarah ever made.  Each bit of information that Sarah studied about exercise and diet only made her want to learn more and more. Sarah was driven to better herself with this knowledge, but she also wanted to share it others who were struggling to find reliable sources of information about diet, exercise and healthy lifestyles.  Being able to help others accomplish something is very rewarding.  Many people thank me for helping them reach their goals, but I would like to thank them, because without them I wouldn’t be able to do what I truly love.

Experience: Training since 2015

Tiffany has a strong passion for helping people realize their true potential and showing them what can happen if they challenge themselves to step out of their comfort zone. She believes in training your mind along with your body to maximize the mind-body connection to overcome any obstacles. She has a background in sports training along with experience in yoga. With her passion, knowledge and experience she will guide you on the right path to achieving your goals with her help every step of the way.

Slim-Strong

Burn up to 900 cal per hour with this fast-paced, action-packed, cardio core busting work out created for busy gym members who desire to have fit and toned physique! Classes will use a mixture of dumbbells, body-weight and suspension training methods to maximize your heart rate and pump up your muscles at the same time!

Abs of Steel

 

 

 

Let’s face it – everyone wants great abs! Let us chisel your core! This is the class for you if you want to get rid of back fat, love handles and muffin tops. The majority of this class will consist of intense belly – blasting timed abdominal training on the floor mats.

Booty Blast

Build a better butt by laser-focusing on glutes! You can do cardio until you are blue in the face, but if you want a better bum, you need this class! Want to lookbetter in your jeans or bikini? This is the class for you to firm, tone and lift your rear!

Boxing

 

Boxing is truly a whole body workout, involving both upper body strength, footwork, core power, mental stamina, and cardiovascular conditioning. One hour of boxing has the ability to burn up to 1000 calories and will engage your body and mind, strengthening the neuro-muscular pathways in your brain while pushing your physical limits.

YOGA

An hour of stretching and exercises to develop flexibility, strength, balance, skeletal alignment, relaxation, and best of all, stress reduction. You will be improving your breathing and posture with different poses and stretching techniques. We will perform exercises similar to Pilates to build core strength.

Flexology

Stretch class for all levels! Whether you’re looking to do some basic full body stretches, want to build strength for bodyweight exercises, work on core strength, balance and stability, flexibility or want to stretch tight muscles to enhance muscle muscle growth, this class is for you. This class can also help you learn different exercises to help with our balances and advanced course strength so you learn how to do human flagpole or stand on your head

Kettle Bell

 

Kettlebell training is different than other forms of weight training because many parts of the body are exercised simultaneously. Kettlebell exercises are whole-
body exercises requiring full body integration and core stabilization. There is no such thing as isolated muscle work in kettlebell training. This class will build long

lean muscles, improve strength and power and increase coordination, joint mobility, overall endurance and elevate the heart rate for effective cardiovascular
training.

Tread-N-Shred

 

 

Want to try something different? This is where the rubber hits the road!

This innovative class gives you the best of both worlds – cardio and strength. Part treadmill, part Boot Camp.

Hiit Max

Prepare for hardcore cardio circuits of 5-7 minutes consisting of long intervals, doing as many rounds as possible in the given time. Each round you will challenge yourself to push harder than the round before!

Total Body Attack

Feel the burn with this high energy boot camp style class to build strength in intense group intervals. Beginners and advanced are all welcome!

Suspension Techniques

Classes consist of resistance training using your own body weight in a variety of functional exercises and dynamic positions to help develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability. This is total body training with suspension straps and calisthenics. Work your chest, back, legs and core with nothing but gravity!

Workouts are designed to improve your overall fitness, strength, cardio, flexibility, agility and endurance! Have fun work hard!

Tabata

Using one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training you will be performing full body exercises, pushing yourself as hard as you can for 20 second intervals, with 10 seconds in between for a total of 8 rounds. After four rounds of tabata we will be finishing with some abs and a relaxing stretch/cooldown.

Lower Body Blast

Circuit Training

Circuit training focuses on body conditioning  through cardiovascular endurance. Participants will do resistance training at high-intensity and the class will target strength building and muscle endurance while always being mindful of core stability.
