Jason specializes in weight loss, training athletes to achieve peak performance, calisthenics, body building, and plyometrics with women and men with a variety of body types.

Experience: Training since 2018

After a football injury early in his college career, Josh started to focus on training others. Josh has trained both women’s and men’s basketball teams, volleyball teams, tennis, track and field. softball and baseball teams, many at the championship level. Josh not only works with young athletes, but he also specializes in working with older populations. Josh enjoys football, baseball and hockey, has a beautiful wife, 4 children and 2 grandchildren.

Angelique Costa

Certifications: National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT), United States Powerlifting Association Coach Practitioner (USPA), Master Level Trainer

Experience: Training since 2004

Specialties: Angelique had always participated in sports throughout secondary school to include softball, badminton, track and field, fencing, and cheerleading. While attending Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, Angelique was on the cheerleading team as well as un-affiliated open adult co-ed teams; PowerCheer and Xtreme Elite. In 2003, Angelique served as the university team captain. In 2005, Angelique was part of the adult open co-ed PowerCheer team that won the Florida State Championships. In-between cheerleading endeavors, Angelique earned a personal training certification and began bodybuilding training for competition. In 2009, Angelique competed in the Figure Division in Germany to include USAG Mannheim and USAG Stuttgart. Later that year, Angelique won both the NPC Long Island Championships as well as the NPC Atlantic States in the Bikini Division. Over the course of the next ten years, Angelique has placed in the top 5 of almost every national show she competed in. In 2019, Angelique broke the Florida State USPA Record for Bench and Squat in the 63 kilo class during the Battle of the Bay Championships. Currently, Angelique is focused on crafting a physique to compete on the Olympia stage. Angelique’s training client success stories include rehabbing running and shoulder injuries, bringing someone from zero experience to squatting over 300lbs in one year, teaching women how to pose for the stage to maximize their best features, competition preparation, and nutrition planning for optimal health. Angelique’s ideal client is one who is focused, dedicated, and willing to commit 100% of themselves to their goals.
