Let’s face it – everyone wants great abs! Let us chisel your core! This is the class for you if you want to get rid of back fat, love handles and muffin tops. The majority of this class will consist of intense belly – blasting timed abdominal training on the floor mats.
Stretch class for all levels! Whether you’re looking to do some basic full body stretches, want to build strength for bodyweight exercises, work on core strength, balance and stability, flexibility or want to stretch tight muscles to enhance muscle muscle growth, this class is for you. This class can also help you learn different exercises to help with our balances and advanced course strength so you learn how to do human flagpole or stand on your head!
Lower Body Blast
Have you been looking for the classes specifically targets the “problem areas” of the lower body? This class caters to those areas we all want to get more firm to tone thighs and lifted booty are just some of the benefits! Build beautiful glutes and thighs now!

Boxing is truly a whole body workout, involving both upper body strength, footwork, core power, mental stamina, and cardiovascular conditioning. One hour of boxing has the ability to burn up to 1000 calories and will engage your body and mind, strengthening the neuro-muscular pathways in your brain while pushing your physical limits.
An hour of stretching and exercises to develop flexibility, strength, balance, skeletal alignment, relaxation, and best of all, stress reduction. You will be improving your breathing and posture with different poses and stretching techniques. We will perform exercises similar to Pilates to build core strength.
Kettlebell training is different than other forms of weight training because many parts of the body are exercised simultaneously. Kettlebell exercises are whole-body exercises requiring full body integration and core stabilization. There is no such thing as isolated muscle work in kettlebell training. This class will build long lean muscles, improve strength and power and increase coordination, joint mobility, overall endurance and elevate the heart rate for effective cardiovascular training.
Shred N’ Sweat
Ready to sweat?! Cardio Strength-focused class with goals in mind. Beginner to Advanced workouts, customized to your fitness level and goals. Class will include full range of motion exercises, dynamic movements, high energy cardio and weight resistance training (light/medium weights) designed to shred muscles and make you sweat. Classes consist of resistance training using your own body weight in a variety of functional exercises and dynamic positions to help develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability. This is total body training with suspension straps and calisthenics. Work your chest, back, legs and core with nothing but gravity!
Circuit training focuses on body conditioning through cardiovascular endurance. Participants will do resistance training at high-intensity and the class will target strength building and muscle endurance while always being mindful of core stability.
Rollin’ with Katey
Use of foam rollers on your own muscles and some light stretching is great to reduce tightness, increase blood flow and joint range of motion. Anyone can benefit from rolling. It can be used to relax tight muscles after sitting at a desk all day or to heal and recover after a tough work-out when you are sore or as a warm up to a work-out to reduce thick connective tissue or even for scar tissue. Relax and roll with it!
Using one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training you will be performing full body exercises, pushing yourself as hard as you can for 20 second intervals, with 10 seconds in between for a total of 8 rounds. After four rounds of tabata we will be finishing with some abs and a relaxing stretch/cooldown.
This class is solely focused on building you a stronger core to keep a solid foundation. Building a strong core is truly essential to achieving your dream body. You should always remember to engage your core during every exercise you do. Forgetting to can cause you to lose balance and overcompensate with the wrong muscles. This class engages and strengthens your core.
Pull Up A Chair
A fitness active aging group class that uses chairs for seated and/or standing support while performing movements that help maintain cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility. Designed to increase the range of movement and activities for daily living. Handheld weights and elastic tubing with handles are offered for resistance.
